Returns policy

Do you accept returns?

This is our return policy:

  • Customer must pay for the cost of return
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
  • All returned items must be in the same condition as the customer received them (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with the original tags and packaging attached
  • The original packing slip must accompany the returned 
  • Customers will have to show proof of purchase
  • All returns are subject to inspection

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return an order, please email us at info@sharisocean.com with your order number and details of purchase. You will be assisted with return instructions.

I received a damaged order

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@sharisocean.com but surely within 30 days of receiving your order, attaching photos of the damaged item/order.

I did not receive my order

If you did not receive your order, please contact us at info@sharisocean.com within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

I want to cancel my order

Each item is specifically made for you once it is ordered. Therefore we cannot modify or cancel orders, except for updating delivery details.
